The Raser Big Wheel is one of the easiest scooters to assemble. It
comes over 95% assembled, including the front and rear tires and brakes.
All that is required is to attach the foot pegs, rear mud guard, the seat,
and bring the steering column to an upright position and lock it into
place. Just add oil and fuel, your ready to roll.
